What are your fees?

An individual, couple,  family, or group session is $140.00. The client portion of the fee is expected at the time of service. 

Do you accept insurance? 

We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield of Wyoming, Optum, and Wyoming Medicaid.  Other insurances are contingent upon our billing service and the insurance company.  We will provide proper documentation for clients submitting to their insurance company themselves.

Do you have an adjusted fee based on income? 

We do not have an adjusted fee at this time.  

How long are the sessions?

Individual and couple sessions are generally 50 minutes in length, but can be longer, depending on need.  Groups vary between 60 and 120 minutes, depending on group size and ages of members. 

How confidential is counseling? 

At Breakthrough Counseling Services, we take the privacy of the client very seriously.  Information pertaining to you will not be released without your expressed permission.   There are exceptions when:

• Child or elder abuse or neglect is indicated
• The client appears to be a significant risk for harm to self or others

These are conditions by which we are required to report to the authorities. We do not investigate or substantiate.
